Moisturize Your Skin
As we age there are many changes in our body. One of the common changes is our skin. Most of us experience dryness and wrinkles. Aside from our face our hands needs moisturizers especially during cold season. If we grow old, the collagen and fat breaks down that makes our hands less pump and lead us into bulging veins. That’s why it is advisable to put moisturizer with vitamin C for veins that helps build collagen and makes smooth and soft skin. You need it to minimize the wrinkles in your hand as well as your face. If our skin produces less oil the tendency is we have lots of wrinkles and we need moisturizer, right? So, it is better to apply moisturizer with Vitamin E to make your skin fresh and looks younger than age. Rub it on your hand up to shoulders and also to your legs. Your face needs also face moisturizer to become more beautiful and attractive in the eyes of the people and of course your loved one.
Outdoor Activities
As parents we need to encourage our children to go out and have physical activities outside. It can help them to become more active and physically fit. There are some fun ideas for you to follow. The first thing to do is to dust off any footballs in our storage room and start a pick up game. Then you can invite your kid’s friends or the neighborhood children to play in your backyard. Organize family bike ride or take a dog for a walk. Head the local pool together and blow bubbles and try to pop them before they land. That’s great and a lot of fun. Encourage them to skip rope or climb a tree at your back yard. Be sure the tree is short not the tall one. Spend time on the jungle gym. Play twister, tag, or have a hula hoop contest. That’s all for now and I hope you enjoy your summer with your kids.
My Kids Favorite
I was invited with my best friend Analyn in one of the famous bakeshop in the city. She treated me with some cookies which I’ve never tasted before.Hmmmmm… its so yummy!so delicious. I was convinced with its amazing taste, so I didn’t hesitate to buy for my kids. From then my children can’t be pleased without these every time I returned home from work. To tell you not just my kids also my hubby and our helper.
Be Careful Of Your Skin
When I was young I remember I only use a little moisturizer because we can not afford to buy more lotion or cream products. I need to use only small amount of moisturizer to in order save.
At the age of 20 I moisturized my hands on regular basis especially before going to school. I always apply cream after washing my hands and after taking a bath or shower.
At the age of 30 I noticed few wrinkles in my hands. I rub moisturizer to fill in any fine wrinkles and make it smooth and soft even if I have many heavy works at home.
Now that I’m near 40, there are many brown spots that develop on my hands, face, forearms and shoulders. During summer time like this season we need to wear hat, long sleeve shirts, pants and long shirts, use umbrella or put sunscreen to protect our skin from damage. If you go to beach, laying and swimming make sure to put sun block to all your skin.
For people who are age 50, the skin becomes thin and you need more moisturizer. The wrinkles and veins are very obvious and more noticeable than ever. Make sure to put moisturizers every now and then to avoid dryness and irritation. Don’t forget to wear gloves if you are working with cleaning products like you clean the washroom or kitchen. If you love gardening during summer, you need also to put on gardening gloves to avoid damage of your hands. It can protect you from cuts and also from further sun damage.
Physically Fit

My hubby always reminds me to take my vitamins even if I did. He always told me that I need calcium in the body. He bought lots of vitamins for me to make me active and strong. Aside from vitamins I also take calcium to make my bones and teeth strong and healthy. Calcium is also essential for a variety of body processes, from hormone secretion to the communication of messages through the nervous system of our body. It enables our muscles to contact and expand and ensure our heart and blood vessels to function normally. Aside from taking vitamins, I also walk everyday. I need to exercise my body and become physically fit. I’m not young anymore so I need daily exercise and take care of myself.
Kids Love Strawberry!
My kids love to eat fruit salad. They like strawberry very much, one of the ingredients in making fruit salad. It is red that resembles their red lips and sweet taste that refreshes their feelings when turned into juice. Drinking its juice is very beneficial to them because it has vitamins that could help their health. As a mother we always look for their own good and giving them nutritious fruits like strawberry and others make them feel better. What are you waiting for? Give them some now.

Our Family Becomes Complete
Family strength can be generated through routine and special family activities. As a mother it is necessary for me to delegate work assignments to my child at home. The best way to train a child is to give simple responsibility. Make them busy, develop their knowledge, realize how creative they are and develop it by their own little way.
Our family becomes complete if we put God in the center of our life. So, bonding is strengthened by family worship, reunions and outings. Our firm worship to God enhances learning of moral values, promotes a closer relationship with Him and enables the exercise of faith. Family reunions involving relatives develop closer relationship among kin as they get to know each other better. Family outings allow family members to play, eat, talk and even work together.

Bleeding Hearts
Bleeding Hearts are perennial flowers and favorites in shade gardens. I took this flower at the side garden of our house. It’s so beautiful and I love the color light pink. I like the heart-shaped pendant pink or white flowers with drops of blood at the bottom. Usually they bloom during spring and early summer.
