Tips For Cutting Calories
There are many ways on how to cut your calories and stay healthy. Please read the following:
1. Eat only when your hungry.
2. Eat slowly ( it takes 20 to 30 minutes to start feeling full ) and stop eating when you’re full.
3. Begin meals with a large glass of water.
4. Have a fruit or vegetable for a snack and have fruit for dessert.
5. Choose skinless poultry and lean cuts of meat.
6. Choose low – fat or fat – free cheeses, salad dressings and bread spreads.
7. Use low – fat cooking methods such as baking, broiling, grilling, steaming and choose cooking sprays for stir – fries and sauteing.
8. Keep a food log to help you track how much you’re eating.
JS Gaisano Mall
Last Saturday my friend and I went to JS Gaisano mall. It’s the best time for me to relax, rest and of course eating here in my favorite fast food. It may sound simply and very ordinary but it can make my world of difference and can make me feel happy. Strolling is not complete without foods to eat. So, we ate together and enjoy these very simple foods but tastes great. The place is very convenience and spacious. There are lots of beautiful things hanging around. It’s nice to room around especially during weekend and buy items as a souvenir.
Right Relationship With God
The word of God helps us get into a right relationship with God. First Peter 1:23 reminds us that we have been born again through the living, abiding word of God. That means that it was the bible that helped us to see our dark condition and utter need for Jesus Christ. In Christ, then, we have become inheritors of eternal life, and we have the assurance that we will rejoice with the Lord forever.
I Need To Lose Weight
Obesity is the common health problem of most people at the age of 30 and above. I am one of them I started to become overweight after I gave birth to my kids. I tried my best to lower my food in take but it’s hard for me. I also enroll in the gym and exercise more. I stop eating fatty foods, chips and avoid eating ice cream my favorite. I concentrate in eating fruits and raw vegetables. For the first time I admit it is really hard for me but I need to focus on it. I want to lose weight. I don’t like to see my body like a drum, hehe. As of now, I keep on exercising and eat less. I also drink more on water and non fat milk. I also tried diet pills but I stop already. I only concentrate on proper diet and exercise program.
Banana Yugort Shake
My husband doesn’t like to drink liquor or any alcoholic drinks. But yesterday his cousin went here and they drink four bottles of beer. I give them almonds because I heard it can prevent hangover but it doesn’t work. Maybe because of too much alcohol he got headache and hangover. I remember in one of the magazine I read before that banana yogurt shake is the quickest way to cure hangover. So, I make banana yogurt for them. They don’t like the taste so I give the yogurt to the kids. They only ask for coffee and after few hours his cousin went home and I let my husband to sleep.
I Got Headache
I feel so weak today because I got headache since this morning maybe because I so stress at work. Then after my work I need to blog and finish my opportunities. I did not take medicine I just take some rest and then drink a lot of water. As of now I’m a little bit fine and of course I’m blogging now. Thanks to God that He hear my prayers and I’m okay now.
Assorted Chocolates
Russell Stover, is an assorted chocolates from a friend. She gave this to me last December and I decided to open this today. It’s yummy and I love it. To be honest I’m not really fun of eating chocolates I just only eat a little but my kids love it. They are the happiest kids in the world if they have chocolates in the mouth. Sometimes I limit them because it is not good to our body if we eat too much chocolates. We need to balance foods and stay healthy all the time.

Picky Eaters
As a mom taking care of my three kids is not an easy task. It needs more patience and hard work. I always ask them to cooperate with me. Kaila is grade two already while adi is in grade one and I’m happy for it. These kids are very picky in terms of foods. I always encourage them to eat especially the healthy foods. Sometimes I am worry if they can not get enough nutrition. That’s why I always give them advices and give the best foods they like. It’s my obligation to provide them the best nutritious foods. I teach them to eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables, the balance diet that they need in the body. As of now they are very humble, handsome and I’m so proud of them.
Happy Birthday To My Dear Sister!
To my loving and ever sweet sister a happy, happy birthday to you. It’s your special day today and I wish you all the best. May you have more success in life, healthy body, more work opportunities ahead of you especially nowadays that many of the people are jobless. How I wish you could survive all the obstacles and hardships that you encounter every now and then. Just always remember that GOD is always there walking with us, just firm your faith in HIM and HE will not abandoned you. Just go beyond and life ahead will be good to you. I SWEAR…
My Kids Love Fried Chicken
I work hard everyday so that I could give everything to my kids, most especially their favorites.And one of those favorites is their obsession to eat fried chicken. My youngest daughter Ade really enjoys eating the fleshy,tasty and yummy fried chicken. I cant wait to see them eating it because I also like to eat fried chicken very much. In every celebration that we have like birthdays and school parties fried chicken is always present. That is why my kids love to bring baon for their lunch with yummy fried chicken as their viand.
