My Hubby’s Favorite Ball Game
Do you know what? It’s basketball. A group game that requires teamwork, cohesiveness, and consistency. It is a good physical fitness that includes mental alertness and planning. The most popular sport in the Philippines. Had not of the game followers and fans there were no personalities who became senators namely Freddie Webb and Sonny Jaworski. At present his favorite local player is Roger Yap. His fave NBA player is Duane Wade of Miami Heat, which according to him is Michael Jordan’s second coming.
Youthful Skin
According to my doctor, healthy foods are the key to a youthful skin and of course to stay healthy and beautiful. So, I make sure that all the foods I eat are nutritious with vitamins, minerals and proteins. Fruits and vegetables are the most needed in our body. It is advisable for us to eat daily. Avoid too many fats, stop from drinking alcohol and never use cigarettes. It is not good in our body especially if you are pregnant. If you eat more on fruits and vegetables you have a flexible skin, eliminate wrinkles from face and arms, away from chronic illnesses and stay younger than age. You should remember the two words “balance diet” and you can live longer.
My Three Kids
As a mom it is not easy to take care of my three little kids. It is really hard especially during cold and flu season. If they got cold and flu I always advise them to drink more water, juices and other liquids to cleanse the body. I always remind them the importance of hand washing to prevent the spread of germs. According to the sayings, “prevention is always the best medicine to your health”. That’s why I always keep on saying wash your hands before and after eating. Then, eat only healthy foods at school such as fruits, biscuits and vegetables. Avoid foods with too much sugar, fats or salt. My kids said, yes mommy promise then I smile and said thank you Lord for giving me these three humble kids.
At The Age Of Four
I always teach her the proper way of brushing her teeth. She’s four year old on this picture and a senior kindergarten. She knows everything and very independent. I advised her to turn the water off while brushing the teeth and turn the tap on for rinsing. Use only short bursts of water for cleaning the brush. She’s a very smart kid and knows everything. She know how to save water and at the same time can take care of herself at age 4. But, as a mother, I still supervise her and guide her needs daily.
The Bible
The bible serves as our guide. In Psalm 119:105 rightly describes the word of God as a lamp to my feet and the light to my path. This means that we need direction for our lives, we can find it in scripture. Usually, though, we call our friends or seek another person’s counsel. Write there is tremendous benefit in wisdom of godly friends, why would we not go to the source of all truth, the holy word of God.
Cake, Chocolate and Dessert
What’s the best thing about desserts? When it comes to the sweetest part of the meal there is always a unanimous decision. Either it’s good, which means it tastes rich and sweet enough to balance the taste buds, or it’s bad, just because it’s disgusting to the palate. There’s no gray area when it comes to eating cake. And yes, because cake, dessert, & chocolates are often synonymous to cravings and guilty pleasures. That’s why my kids love to eat chocolates especially during pay day. And also cake on their birthdays and desserts after meals.
Pineapple Fruit

This pineapple fruit was taken at King’s buffet last Sunday during the celebration of Makayla’s dedication. This is one of my favorite fruits and I feel like heaven if I eat pineapple. It taste good, juicy especially if it is very ripe and it can satisfy my mouth, hehe. It’s very delicious fruit and we can get many health benefits in pineapple. It is rich in vitamins, minerals and manganese that are needed in your body to help build our bones and connective tissues. We can also get more nutrients such as calcium, potassium, fibers and of course vitamin C. It is good for a mom like me low in fat, no cholesterol and helps to become sexy, beautiful, stay young and healthy.
Healthy Foods
Staying healthy for vacation should start before you leave. Eat only healthy foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals and protein. Like me I concentrate on eating fruits and vegetables and avoid fats. I need to follow the right and healthy lifestyle to lower my blood pressure and maintain my health. I also exercise during free time, go walking to my friends house daily. That’s all for now and have a great day everyone.
Outdoor Activities
Due to modern technology most of our kids don’t like to engage in any outdoor activities. Most of them stay in front of the computer to play games or watching you tube or listening to their favorite music. Kids today are different unlike before during our time we’re fun of playing at the backyard, play in the fresh air and spending more time outside with friends and neighbors. As a parents we need to encourage our kids to plant flowers in the garden. Since summer is fast approaching, t is nice for the children to enjoy life outside such as shopping, picnic, swimming and many more. You need to help them develop and appreciate the beauty of nature. Help them to appreciate natural scenery and enjoy gardening.
Geranium
One of the best flowers during spring, summer and autumn is geranium and will add color to the garden until frost. This flower needs direct sunlight for at least four hours a day and bloom so wonderful. It will make the flowers bloom so completely and so lovely. This flower can be grown from seeds and cuttings. Geraniums will grow in partial shade, but flowering is reduced even though foliage is produced. You need to select a site where water drainage is good. Geraniums will grow in almost any type of soil if well aerated and porous. This means that heavy clay soils should be improved by adding organic matter each year. An inch of coarse sphagnum peat moss, partially rotted manure, or compost spaded in when preparing the geranium beds is ideal.
